Rename the ClientRegistry.blob and after that let em know the issue. to do this you need to go through the below steps: first close the steam and after that go to the below location: C:\Program Files\Steam. now on the steam folder locate to the ClientRegistry.blob and after that make right click on the ClientRegistry.blo and after that select the rename. now name the ClientRegistry.blob as ClientRegistryOld.blob. now once you rename the file and after that restart the steam and then let me know the issue.
